Jim Bender Inc. is a small (30 Truck) refrigerated carrier that operates in a "focused" traffic lane between New England and the front range of Colorado. Our drivers live within commuting distance of the Omaha terminal and they get home once or twice a week every week without fail. We pay 100% of the heal, life, and dental insurance. We pay PC miler practical route miles up to $.39 per mile and we have a 33% match on the 401(k) retirement plan.
