Company Driver Team Pay
- 0-6 months = $.46 cpm split
- 6-12 months = $.465 cpm split
- 12-18 months = $.47 cpm split
- 18-24 months = $.475 cpm split
- 24 months + = $.48 cpm split
Safety Bonus = $.04 cpm per quarter split
$4000 Sign On Bonus
