- Looking for qualified Company Drivers, Owner Operators.
- Minimum Age Requirement is 21 yrs.
- Required OTR Experience is 6 month(s).
- Drivers need CDL classe(s): A.
- Allowed 4 tickets in the last 3 years.
- Allowed 4 accidents in the last 3 years.
- Will consider drivers with a Felony over 10 years.
- Will consider drivers with a DUI over 5 years.

Bay & Bay Company Pay Package
Experience needed – 12 months verifiable OTR including east coast.
- Less than 18 months of experience must be approved with Safety.
12-24 months of experience starting pay =.33
- After 6 months increase .01 (.34) – Automatic
- After 1 year increase .01 (.35) - Automatic
- After 24 Months increase .01 (.36) - Automatic
- Annual increase of .01 if standards are met.
Over 2 years and less than 5 years of verified experience starting pay =.35
More than 5 years of verified experience starting pay =.36
More than 5 verified years with current company = .01
**Currently the fleet average is an additional .05/mile in incentive and accessorial pay.
